Christmas at Longwood Gardens

Is there anything more festive and pretty than Christmas Lights on trees and everywhere you look in December? With the cold settling in, snow, smell of pine cones, cinnamon and mint and piping hot chocolate drinks, how can you think of anything but Christnas?

One of my favorite gardens has it all for every season and Christmas is just as stunning here.

Below are a few pictures from the conservatory which were so festive and pretty with many Christmas trees and different colored pointsettas decorated in as many ways as possible, traditional, modern and absolutely stunning.

In another area, there are the lit fountains that dance to Christmas melodies too. Such a festive treat to witness.

Walking through the gardens at Longwood was just as beautiful, what I normally see during the day was lit up everywhere in led lights and so many beautiful colors.

Below are a few pictures of the beautiful trees and the lake with wire lit trees in many colors over all the branches and trunks of the trees. I had never seen anything so spectacular and beautiful in my life.

I hope to share more of my Christmas posts and hope that you will enjoy them. See links below for part 2.
